To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lunaria shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from services arranged on behalf of clients. Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount of service fees directly paid to Lunaria (if applicable).
9. Force Majeure
Lunaria shall not be liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, travel restrictions, pandemics, or civil unrest.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of UAE courts.
